We ship our items Monday through Friday and all orders go out within 24 hours excluding weekends.  Shipping is always free to the 48 contiguous US States.  All of our items can be shipped to PO boxes.  Sales tax is collected on all orders shipping to a Florida address.

Our return period is 30 days from receipt of your order.  All items must be unopened and include original packaging.  Supplements, sheets, and pillows are not returnable.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee applies for all returns that are not defective or damaged items.  All returns must receive an RMA number before return shipment.

Most of our items can be shipped to PO boxes. Please contact us if you need your item shipped to a PO Box. We are required to collect sales tax for all orders shipped to a FL address. For international customers average delivery time is 7-11 business days but can take up to 6 weeks depending on the shipping method selected. Please note items may sit in customs for additional days. Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees. Sorry we cannot send items as gifts or decrease the values.
