Adjustable chest support (13.5" - 16.5") with removable vinyl cover. Two adjustable safety restraint belts. Extra large orange wood base for extra stability. Light weight, so can be moved easily. I believe it is for toddlers or small children as it is only 22" tall. All adjustment hardware is present and working. A very nice unit for a fraction of the price of new! All adjustment hardware is present and in working condition with no knobs missing. The upholstery is good with no rips or tears and the zipper on the chest bar is good. The orange wood base is nice. The adjustable safety restraint belts are good.
