1. One bearing 3810 2RS - this is a closed and sealed double row angular contact ball bearing capable to withstand axial and radial forces. (65mm O.D. x 50mm I.D. x 12mm width)
2. One bearing HK5520 - this is a needle bearing for radial forces only.
3. Two seals MBR55X63X5A - applied to both sides of the needle bearing.
4 Disposable gloves (No Grease included)
Do NOT pay > $0 for those OEM parts from MV, these are the same, if not better
Tips for longer life of bearings (same as the reasons why they fail)
* use High quality bearing grease during assembly  (must be able to withstand 190 degrees Celsius)
* Do not presure wash
* Check the tension of the chain
* Apply the correct torq of the wheel
* Lower the the torque of the 2 allen tensioners bolt to 28 - 32 Nm
