cosmetic and working condition.
Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
There are noticeable scuffs and scratches on the top and bottom of the device (see pictures #11-12).
The top of the device has been dented.
There are minor scratches on the screen.
All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
The original battery, test leads and front cover are missing.
I was able to power on the device using an in-house power supply (4.8VDC connected to the positive and negative ports using alligator clips).
The display works as it should.
I was able to adjust the backlight.
I was able to test the keypad to be working.
I was able adjust the type of test using the directional pad.
I was able to run a test and measure an in-house resistor using in-house leads.
I was able to test the P1, P2, C1 and C2 ports to be working.
I was able to store, recall and delete the test data.
The RS232 port is untested.
Product is in working condition.
No battery, test leads or front cover are included.

The MEGGER DUCTER DLRO10 and DUCTER DLRO10X bring new standards to low resistance measurement. Both are fully automatic instruments, selecting the most suitable test current, up to 10 A dc to measure resistance from 0.1 µΩ to 2000 Ω on one of seven ranges. For users who desire more control over the measurement process, DLRO 10X uses a menu system controlled by a two-axis paddle to allow manual selection of the test current. DLRO10X also adds real-time download of results and on-board storage for later download to a PC.
Both instruments are built into a strong, lightweight case that is equally at home in the field or in the laboratory. Light enough to be worn around the neck, they are small enough to be taken into areas which were previously too small to access. DLRO 10 uses a large, bright 4-1/2-digit LED display while DLRO 10X has a large, backlit LCD display.
