What is a 'Demo' plank?
A demo plank is a new plank that has minor imperfections, such as scratches, scuffs, or dings. All demo planks have been thoroughly inspected by the factory to ensure they meet the same quality standards of a brand new plank. NONE of the imperfections are structural, and none affect the overall integrity of the plank. All imperfections are very minor and are simply cosmetic blems. Overall, customers have been VERY satisfied with demo planks.
Where do demo planks come from?
They are planks that may have been demonstrated for customers at a Home Show or fair, or may have been display models. They also can be returns that can't be sold as new.
Why buy a demo plank vs a brand new plank?
Price! This demo plank saves you $ off the price of a new one. A brand new plank is going to become a 'demo' plank anyway after a few uses, so this is a great way to save a few bucks.

into a simple scaffolding system. The telescoping ability of this plank enables it to store in a fraction of its extended length. No longer are you required to carry and use a long, clumsy fixed-length plank. These planks are also much safer than a wooden plank, due to splits, knotholes, and other imperfections inherent to wooden planks. With our telescoping aluminum plank, you can simply adjust to the exact length you need, from 10 feet out to 16 feet. These planks are made of aircraft quality aluminum, have a slip resistant surface, and are extremely well crafted. OSHA rated as a medium duty 1 man plank, 250lb capacity. 1 year warranty. I am a factory authorized Little Giant Ladder Dealer and have been selling Little Giants since 1989. I am VERY familiar with the product and I'm more than willing to help with any questions.
